Mill Stream-in-a-Box

We all know that Summer 2020 is going to be a little different! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to host camp, this summer so we are going to miss seeing all of you! However, to help fill that camp-sized gap in your summer we are offering “Mill Stream in a Box”. It is a package designed to remind you about all the fun you have a camp and to get you up and moving!
What is Mill Stream-in-a-box?
We have created the box to be a Mon–Fri week of Bible lessons, crafts, activities, challenges, and even tuck! We have also created online videos for the Bible lessons, and instructional videos for the crafts and activities. While most of the box can be completed by a child on their own, our hope is that the activities will encourage family time.
The box will be available for two weeks in July (13-17 and 20-24) as well as two weeks in August (3-7 and 10-14) so you can choose when you would like to receive your box.
What’s in the box?
Bible Lessons – Five lessons based on the life of David that teach “Our God is Able”.
Crafts – Age-appropriate crafts, including all required materials and links to the instructional videos.
Activities – Science experiments, scavenger hunts, baking, and more!
Challenges – Competitions designed to be interactive with leaders. There is a component that needs to be filmed, timed, or recorded in some way.

How much does it cost?
The box costs $75 +HST. This covers our cost for the box so we cannot offer discounts for buying multiple boxes.
How to register?
We have created an online registration form for you to fill out. On the form you will decide how you would like to get your box (pick up at the camp or from a local church) and how you will pay (e-transfer, credit card, cheque).
Please note that there is an extra fee of $10 to pick up the box from a church in your area.

I like Millstream because I have fun, learn about God, memorize Bible verses, and have fun competitions and groups. The cooks make good food, and the counsellors are amusing and funny. I think Millstream is the best camp ever!
